Admitting a patient: Medical

Phone our hospital co-ordinator on (03)9473-8901 and provide the following details:• Patient's name

• Contact numbers
• Health insurance details
• Date of birth
• Outline of current issues
• Previous treatments
• Any risk history or potential risk factors

To ensure the patient has adequate cover, the co-ordinator will take the patients details, ensure a health fund check is done and will contact you to discuss the admission.
